Garett Rostkowski (Founder/Lead Attorney)

Garett Rostkowski is a licensed attorney, practicing in Los Angeles. He is an honors graduate of New York University, and received his J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 2012.

After law school, Garett went on to practice entertainment law at the prestigious William Morris Endeavor Agency, representing clients in film, television, theater, publishing, commercial, and new media endeavors.

As an accomplished television writer and proud member of the Writers Guild of America, Garett is in a unique position to understand and meet the needs of his creative clients. He is an enthusiastic advocate of artists, creators, and entrepreneurs of all stripes — and has the creative and business know-how to help you craft an individualized approach to your intellectual property portfolio.

Sumiko Braun (Project Manager)

Sumiko Braun is the Project Manager at Branded Counsel. Her purpose is to lead the continuous improvement of client-service delivery. Sumiko’s knowledge of project management principles and her background in film, entertainment, education, and marketing makes her a strong advocate in supporting the firm’s attorneys and clients.

Sumiko holds a master’s degree from UCLA, a bachelor's from California State University Long Beach, and certificate in Project Management from California State University Dominguez Hills.
